Two premium auto makers: Porsche и Land Rover almost simultaneously revealed the prices and information about their absolute novelties for the Russian market.
Thus, Porsche announced a new Panamera version – wagon Panamera Sport Turismo. The car has all the innovations of completely updated in 2016 Panamera model range. There are following options: Advanced digital Cockpit Porsche, Porsche InnoDrive with adaptive cruise control systems and electronic anti-roll body Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control. Besides, Panamera Sport Turismo are equipped with Porsche Traction Management active all-wheel drive and multi-plate clutch.
The car will be immediately available in five versions. The basic version of Panamera 4 with 3.0 V6 petrol motor (330 hp) will cost from 6’667’000 RUR, Panamera 4S with 2.9 V6 (440 ph) – from 8’079’000 RUR, and Panamera Turbo with the most powerful power unit 4.0 V8 (550 HP) will cost 10’308’000 RUR. Thw wagon has also received a hybrid version Panamera 4 E-Hybrid. It is equipped with a power unit 462 HP, which includes a gasoline engine 3.0 V6 (330 hp) and an electric motor (136 hp). The price of this car starts from 7’823’000 RUR. The model have new diesel version Panamera 4S Diesel with the engine capacity of 422 HP, but for the Russian market it is not available yet.
The vehicle has already appeared at Porsche Russia official Website and available for order. However, the official launch of the car is expected in the autumn of 2017 – on 7 October in Europe and early November on the other markets.
At the same time Land Rover revealed details about its new SUV Land Rover Range Rover Velar, which took place between the models Range Rover Evoque and Range Rover Sport. The car is built on the aluminum platform of Jaguar F-Pace. This lightweight metal is also used in the production of the body novelties. The model is equipped with AWD system, and optionally air suspension and adaptive dampers are available. In addition, Range Rover Velar got a new original multimedia system Touch Pro Duo with two 10-inch touch screens designed specifically for this model.
The power range of the car includes diesel engines 2.0 (180; 240 HP), 3.0 V6 (300 HP) and petrol engines 2.0 (250; 300 HP), 3.0 V6 (380 HP). All powertrains SUV are paired with eight-speed automatic transmission. All the information on Range Rover Velar is already placed at Land Rover Russia Website, where configurator of the model in available. 8 different models of vehicles at the price of 3’880’000-5’739’000 RUR are available for order. In addition to these specifications special series of the First Edition, which is available in a limited edition of 500 copies, are available too. The price of this exclusive set is 7’178’000 RUR.
Same as for Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo, Land Rover Range Rover Velar will arrive to dealers’ showrooms in autumn 2017.
Both models will be presented to the public in the coming days at the annual international motor show in Geneva.
